John @ Black Fire Films was an absolute pleasure to work with. A real professional and a genuinely nice guy. He was incredibly responsive to our (many) requests and worked to ensure we got the shots we needed and wasn't afraid to do several re-takes. Whilst we had a script and a storyboard written, John made some very valuable suggestions with regards the feel of the video and we are super happy with how the finished videos look.
