For my one-to-one coaching sessions he was helpful and insightful. The way he makes you look at yourself (by metaphorically holding up a very necessary, but infrequently used, self-reflection mirror) is mindset-altering. He was invaluable to me in my early years as a Partner and national team leader.
He has also run team training sessions with my crew since. These are both fun but equally as enlightening as the individual sessions.
If you want to seriously kickstart your own journey, and that of your team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim and his skillset.
