Lotus Moon Thai Cuisine

The one star review is not for the food, the food at this restaurant is very nice but its absolutely impossible to get a take away from there. Every single time I call, even before they are officially open to try and book a take away they are never available to do takeaways. I dont know whats wrong with this place why do they advertise it take away yet they never will do it. I have to drive 35 minutes to come to this restaurant because its the only place That we know of that does a proper Thai yellow curry. Its very frustrating to come all the way over here so I am in the location to pick it up when its hot and we are told every time by the owner that theyre not doing take away again tonight. The food is nice but I dont think Ill ever bother with this place again its just too much hassle. They need to seriously consider if they want to keep a good name going and do more for the customers who want their food. I just called again today and the same old story. Doesnt matter what day or the week it is. They are never available for takeaway. its the last time Im never gonna try. Just take takeaway off the website and stop lying about it!

Loyal custom over past 4 years counted for nothing when confirmed booking summarily cancelled because Lotus Moon decided it would prefer smaller table sizes. Furious! This was for a very special post Covid reunion. All that loyalty ignored! Will not be giving them my custom again.
