        Avoid using their company. I booked a black cab well in advance to take wedding guests to a nearby venue - it failed to arrive. I had to take some myself and then ring for another taxi for the bride. Bear in mind I had spoken to them twice by phone and exchanged emails confirming the details of the booking, and I had even agreed to pay over the odds! Totally useless bunch of t**ts who haven't even had the decency to apologize.
