Taxi Seven

They sent a link to pay 27 first before they said taxi will arrive in 15 20 mins. I mentioned it's urgent still waited almost half an hour. Called a fren to take us instead. When I called them again to cancel they said taxi is 5mins and can't cancel. You lot can have that 27 and a zero star for your false promise. Never will I ever use this taxi even if it's the last one on earth !!!!!!

I paid for delivery and pick up from the airport, of course, more because I was supposed to be picked up at night. After returning, I was waiting for a taxi at the agreed time, but no one came! After half an hour of waiting, I called the company and it turned out that no one was planning to pick me up. As an emergency, after another half an hour, I was picked up by a rickety van and I was taken to the airport by Mercedes. At the end I heard I'm sorry it's not my fault! To sum up expensive and very bad service!!!!!!!

I used Taxi Seven many time now fro travelling from and for Airports. Staff is always very polite, clear, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Afsin, I hope I spelled his name correctly. This is a reliable company. I definitely recommend them. Thanks
