Would give zero stars absolutely horrendous. Ruined my dress, didn't pin all the way round. Pinned one side to correct length. Collected the dress and one side was an inch higher. Took it back and was told to leave the dress and they would fix this I did ask how so as it would be too short to wear if they shorten it further to even it out. Regrettably I did so and came back to it even worse than ever now shorter on both sides than the middle. The staff in the shop were completely unhelpful so I asked them to call the owner. The owner then blamed me and went through numerous different excuses first saying they told me the dress would be uneven, then saying it was my fault as she had pinned it all the way round which was a lie and then even suggested it was myself that was lopsided causing the unevenness! Absolutely disgusting lies and arguing and shouting down the phone with me. Both the staff in the shop on the two times I have visited to get this sorted agreed the dress was incorrect but the owner was adamant this was my fault. When I stated that once she had measured the agreed length the dress should have been that length the whole way round and not uneven but she still would not accept this, refused to issue a refund for the original alteration payment let alone disucss compensation for my ruined dress and hung up on me saying she cant help and wont refund come back and see the other staff even though she is the owner and refusing to cooperate. Wish I had checked the reviews prior as can see numerous other reviews stating similar issue. Avoid at all costs

No customer service skills. Changes times ad hoc. Arrives late no apology. Very stressful time. This place was recommended, I will never use again or recommend.
