        Wow! I am not usually somebody who would like to leave a negative review for somewhere but I have never come across such a rude receptionist before in my life. Was really quite unhelpful with appointments, no politeness or manners and when telling me to ring my local pharmacy to find out if my prescription would be accepted, wouldnt give me any time frames or dates as if I would know what to do and when to call! Couldnt wait to get herself off of the phone quick enough. Appalling service!

        Good doctors but reception staff are very rude especially the patient coordinators. They also NEVER pick up the phone after you miss a phone call from the surgery
