Fantastic shop with a great combination of food and cleaning essentials and beautiful sustainable gifts and treats. The staff are so friendly and helpful - its my favourite place to shop!

I stumbled across Zero a couple of years ago and have been shopping at Zero since (within a few weeks of it opening) and each time I visit (usually once every two weeks at least), I love the experience and the ever expanding product range on offer. I dont buy anything anywhere else if its available at Zero. Im always amazed at the exceptional service, the helpfulness of the staff on offer, the friendliness (addressing and welcoming regular customers by their names) and the calm atmosphere - all a perfect balance. I have to mention their well researched /experienced knowledge on the products sold and everything sustainable !! Im so glad Charlie ventured /created Zero and she amazes me how she weathers the challenges small businesses face especially during the last couple of years with such enthusiasm and passion. A special mention to the awesome Eleanor (Im always so grateful for the help!) and all the staff. Thank you ladies (and Tom).
