Leamington Therapy Centre

I love the Therapy and Fitness Centre. They have a great schedule of classes with a good balance to suit all levels, abilities, moods! All of the teachers are lovely. I was a bit nervous coming for the first time, especially as my yoga ability isnt great, but I have always felt completely comfortable and empowered to take things at my own speed. Such a beautiful atmosphere. Thank you for making life better!

Great yoga studio. It does have Pilates (great for your core/abs) , HIIT too. If you want to get max amount of benefits from your membership, do go to hot yoga classes as much as you can. In a few weeks ago your pain in joints will say thx to you.

Would highly recommend. Have had relief by treatments from both Lisa and Carl. Professional staff who always go the extra mile to help with your aches and pains. Looking forward to using other treatments in future too such as the Aromatherapy massage.

Classes are run by professional, qualified and friendly instructors. I also had the best sports massage with Emma!

Highly recommend, I wouldnt go anywhere else for a massage! Ive been through cancer treatment which restricts me to where I can go for a treatment. I feel confident and in safe hands here due to how knowledgeable all of the staff are. I have issues with my hip and back, each time Ive been I feel amazing after! I also have the monthly unlimited yoga package. Well worth every penny! There is a mix of classes to suit everyone. There is such a nice friendly vibe there, everyone encourages each other. I cant recommend enough!
