        Had a gel manicure. Beautician was way too rough with trimming my cuticles, resulting in my nail beds bleeding. I left the salon with one nail bed inflamed & another one still bleeding. I asked for a discount, one wasnt offered voluntarily, & I was offered 5 off. I said I didnt think this was sufficient, at which point I was accused of just trying to get out of paying in front of other customers, which obviously was humiliating & very unprofessional. I pointed out that Im more than happy to pay but not when the quality of the service is poor. Avoid at all costs.
