        Came in with a shoe emergency.... Karl was incredibly helpful. Gave great advive and although my shoes probably wont see another repair.... he managed to save them to get me through an incredibly busy week where I wouldnt have had an opportunity to get them done... or replaced. BIG THANK YOU
