        Few I would change to this cafe as I use to work in a cafe and customers would appreciate it and come back more often. 1. Drinks should be out first as it stands there on the side for to get cold and customers wount be happy. Myself and customers would want a drink after a long day shopping. 2. Food should come after and warm and not stand there for ages to be sent out cold. 3. Every time I walk in there is empty tables but there's a mess and not cleaned. 4. You need more employees. This is my experience and I would like a change as I enjoy coming into the cafe.

        Three dirty glasses given with our drinks, one dirty mug. No option to order at the counter, only on a screen. Won't come again
