CAR PARK RAN BY GANGSTERS BEWARE!!!! Pulled up near to a yellow PUBLIC clothing bin in car park to change my broken headlight bulb to make sure my vehicle was legally visible to other drivers for 5 minutes then issued with a 100 parking charge. The clothing bin should be placed in a public area not on private land to entice Parking Charges. When I park adjacent to a recycling bin I shouldnt be on private land RECYLING bins should be placed on public land so people have access to bin . Why put a clothing bin on private land ( to make money from parking charges is the answer ). The owner hasnt got a waste carriers license and permit for the clothing bin but still has it on his land. The law on collecting money or other property varies according to the type and location of thecollection. In most cases, forcollectionson public land you will need a licence or permission to collect from the relevant local authority (or in Northern Ireland, the Police Service of Northern Ireland).This is an illegally placed clothing bank. Also the amount of waste the owner has dumped outside of the property will encourage rats and again is in breach of public health. See image number 2. Avoid visiting this pub at all costs
