Premier Inn Warwick hotel

Not been to this hotel before. Booked a plus room for a change (406). On arrival the hotel was in a quiet location. Next to a business park which could be busy I suppose during the week. Good sized car park and we had no trouble parking. No one on reception when we arrived so we used the self check in which was pretty simple. The machine produces your room key too which is pretty cool. All the Plus rooms are on the top floor. 2 lifts of good size will take you there. Room was newly refurbished. Large contemporary shower (no grab rails etc) sink/toilet. Large mirror which was half warmed so didn't get steamed up. Quite a high bed, soft lighting, vanity mirror and lights with hairdryer. Coffee machine, small fridge. Ironing board and iron. Armchair and stool. Window was not one you could open at all but there was air conditioning. A little noisy and wouldn't go lower than 19. Ate in the restaurant as a walk in. Food was ok, pretty normal for pub grub. All items in the menu were available. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

When I stayed quite recently, I was greeted by a young lady (Sasha). However she was very rude towards my wife giving her dirty looks all because my wife wasnt understanding the restaurant opening hours. I then overheard her saying some horrid things about my lovely wife! But I didnt want to cause a scene. I overheard her saying my wife shouldnt be wearing that much makeup for her age. I quote she said to much makeup for the old bat It completely ruined our anniversary. Luckily after this a young gentleman went on to serve us and he made my premier inn experience 10 times better. Just a shame that one member hasnt got the right attitude to work.
