Advanced Clinical Reflexology

I can highly recommend Advanced Clinical Reflexology. Josie is a fantastic therapist and makes you feel so comfortable with her professional and empathetic approach. Being a reflexologist myself, its really important to find someone who knows exactly what they are doing but also someone relatable and has a high knowledge of reflexology and pathology. Josie has all of these things in bucket loads! I cant recommend highly enough. You will be in very safe hands.

I highly recommend a trip to see Josie if you are considering reflexology at all. I went first when I was heavily pregnant and came out feeling so much better. I had no idea what to expect and was amazed that even my mood was improved for days after. I then returned with my baby at only a few weeks old as she was struggling with colic and wind and generally was not a settled baby. I was amazed at how relaxed she was during the reflexology and Josie was so good with her and was really generous in showing me how to apply the techniques with my baby at home. This has really helped her become a more settled baby. I would recommend to any Mum (or mum to be) and baby to visit Josie...the results for us have been amazing.

I have been seeing Josie for several months within my workplace and I cannot reccomend her enough. She has helped me with my physical health and also mental wellbeing as I find I sleep better after each session! Josie is also such a friendly and personable person who makes you feel relaxed and calm in her presence. If you are new to reflexology Josie will explore what is best for you and help you find what works for your personal health and mentality.

Josie is amazing at what she does, creating a relaxing atmosphere and making your feet feel like heaven. Its always a great experience and she is a genuinely kind and lovely lady. The complexity of reflexology is underestimated but Josie always take the time to help you understand the process of her work. 100% recommend.
