Step Into Teaching

My agent Vanessa was amazing, she was extremely friendly and helped me to find suitable work in a school earlier this year quickly. She regularly checked in with me, always talked through any concerns I had at length and was quick to respond. The rest of the team were also helpful when she was not available. I have since secured a place on a PGCE programme for next year and the school placement from step in to teaching definitely supported my application. Thank you and would definitely recommend :)

Disappointing :( Everything was great to begin with, they seemed really interested in me and kept saying how Id be great for multiple roles they had available so I worked really hard to complete everything for them as quickly as possible. Then I heard nothing unless I contacted them first, multiple times my questions were ignored or overlooked when asking more details about where my application was being sent or if I could have some details about what positions were available. They just kept saying they needed to explore my area more. They seemed like such a good company, but their communication was poor. It really damaged my confidence as I saw so many good reviews and felt like I had done something wrong. I managed to secure myself a position with a different agency much faster, who supported me every step of the way and would send me positions they had available regularly, rather than blindly sending my application off without me knowing anything.

I can't recommend this agency enough! The staff go above and beyond; Kelly and Leah in particular, to make sure I was happy and confident at work. Their guidance and support helped me gain a permanent position. For the first agency I've worked for they were incredible, I would recommend them to anyone.

I was contacted by Vanessa Eyo.She has excellent customer service skills and was an absolute joy to work with.Her amazing character and easy communication helped me to understand the roles better and is very calm and understanding.Really lovely person.
