        Terrible - AVOID!!! Supposedly tried to 'help' my sister but all they did was take a lot of money, drag things out and make them worse. I emailed Paula Hall herself with concerns about treatment and oversight, was offered an appointment to come in and discuss (obviously nothing about the actual client - just the process and oversight) but then she withdrew this offer on advice from her 'mentor'. Paula Hall's name is over the door but she can't even decide if she can have a meeting with a concerned relative? What a joke!! Avoid.
