My sister had marriage problems. I raised concerns about oversight and management of team members. Was offered a meeting with Paula to discuss. She then cancelled on advice of her mentor. What a joke. Paulas name is above the door but she cant even decide wether she can discuss process (not client info) with a concerned relative (have the email to prove). The counselling here was a joke and didnt help at all. I blame the appalling support offered by this joke of an outfit. Avoid, this business at all costs. And I say business because theyre main concern is milking anxious women for all their worth. Normally if a husband wrote this they could discount the review as sour grapes but Im a brother and so have no axe to grind in the counselling at all. I only wanted the best for my sister and her family and wanted to ensure she was getting quality help with some form of review and oversight of what was being charged for.
