        Took a parcel here wanted signed for 4.45. parcel already had a large letter stamp on it.. Did not deduct this from cost. Stuck label over stamp and charged 4.45..

        Great location everything you need from a post office great service received from the main post office at the back but poor service received from the gentleman at the till by the door electric key chucked back towards me. (Not sure if he has an off day but please don't take it out on the customer)

        Incorrectly charged postage on a parcel which I was sending to an individual, so the birthday present didn't turn up on time, and my elderly relative had to then arrange a lift to go and pay for their present to be released to them.
