        Disgusting service, they failed to turn up on the day I had booked in for. On the 2nd attempt, they again failed to turn up in the time frame given. On phoning them again, I was told they were on another job and were unable to give me a new time frame, just that I was next on the list - which means what exactly ? Andy constantly spoke over me, gave no apology and no new time. Awful customer service, obviously making too much money to place any importance on customers. If this is how you operate Andy, you don't deserve any.

        Got an electric shower changed. The shower works great. One thing to note the plumber didn't fit the shower head holder and kept my previous one which was smaller. A bit weird that he didn't go all the way but it really wasn't too hard for me to finish the job. Would give 4.5 star if there were half stars. Also the price quoted is VAT excluded. They might have told me on the phone but I didn't pay attention.
