Just moved up here n went to get medication...n the staff don't know wat they're doing....rude...seriously do something bout this...

I've been using the store for approximately 4 years. not once has my prescription been ready on time. normally leave me standing idol for 15 mins while 3 to 4 members of staff just mull around scuffing there feet. no sense of urgency with an attitude of "if it happens it happens". endlessly frustrating service.

Had good service in the past. But these days very disappointed. I know there is a shortage with antibiotics but seems shortage of other medicines too. Just get told no not got in stock here is your prescription. Not I'm sorry we don't have stock etc with a smile just that and turns away. Not really very friendly at all.

Went to buy some lemsip and throat sweets, chemist was busy but staff were happy to ignore this... one sat behind the counter and the other that was serving has drink of water and was in no hurry to help customers. I left without my purchase and popped to Whitnash where I was on and out in mins with my items. Dissapointed

Good staff always helpful and always busy but do help if they can if not they say come back later and iv always been back and they've sorted it and got my order in for when I went back 10/10 for service and pharmacist and staff we'll done
