Tesco Pharmacy

When first moving to Leamington last year I was very impressed with the service received from the Emscote Rd. Pharmacy at Tesco now the service is shocking I have attempted three times to pick up my prescription and failed each time the staff are under a great deal of pressure and so many patients are not getting there prescriptions this could lead to someone becoming more unwell or even passing away The management at this store should be sorting out the mess before someones suffers as a result of lack of care

awful patient experience. i was given incorrect information by 111 that they had an emergency medication, but absolutely no sympathy from staff who had more interest in telling me I was incorrect than asking how i was. No indication they were going to tell 111 to take them off this list for future people. for someone in tears i dont know how people can be so rude
