        Purchased wrong size Gortex gloves in Shrewsbury, UK (unintentionally) from Blacks. Went into Millets in Leamington Spa, explained the situation, showed them my receipt. They said no problem. No quibbles, excuses or BS. Would highly recommend.

        I've not been into any Millets stores for ages then I've been to this one three times since Christmas. Staff really good, stock is more than you'd expect from a small store. I've bought two jackets and some camping gear. I was really impressed with this store and will be returning next time I need something.

        A good collection of hiking and camping equipment. The collection of jackets didn't seem to be enough for me, it could have been a bit more.
