Outstanding customer service and great array of glasses even for a narrow face. They have been so helpful both with myself and my son just so pleased to find something modern for my son as well. Ive tried so many opticians and these guys are absolutely great.

Being relatively new to the area, we wanted to find a new optician. We couldn't have found a better place. Really friendly and helpful receptionists. A good start! We both needed eye tests and I needed new contact lenses. We both saw Pritpal and what a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful man he is. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Both of us could thoroughly recommend this excellent opticians. Many thanks.

After visiting Breakwell Optometrists, I can safely say that my eyes are in good hands. Moving to Warwick and not knowing anyone or anywhere in the town, I set out to find a good optometrist. Breakwell's was one of the first ones that I came across. On my very first visit, I realized that something was different. The time, effort and patience involved with those visits are amazing. Pritpal is very thorough and keeps you informed as he goes along. He managed to answer some questions for me which I totally forgot to ask. This is definitely high-class service. Every one in this establishment is welcoming and friendly. There is a great assortment of glasses to suit every age group. Time spent at Breakwell's is well worth it.

After dabbling with online sellers and with chain stores I have found the quality to be substandard and the service is DIY at best. My visits to Breakwell Optometrists was a breath of fresh air, choosing my glasses was very easy they listened to what I wanted made recommendations and that suited my style and within a few minutes (which is a record for me as I can be quite indecisive sometimes) I had chosen a pair of glasses that I am very happy with. I returned to them this week for my fitting which again was a very easy and pleasant experience. Breakwells have cemented my belief that independent high street opticians are the only way to go when buying new glasses.
