She really helped me out in a nail crisis at short notice and she did an absolutely wonderful job - I'm thrilled with the results and will be coming back for nails plus other things besides! Id been after a new nail technician for a while and Im SO glad I found this salon! The ladies were so welcome and I felt comfortable straight away. I left feeling like Ive been going there for years and at one point was crying with laughter! Holly did my nails and is incredible at her job, I cant wait for her to do my nails in the future! Will definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family :)

Avoid this place if you want good customer service and professionalism. I booked two appointments for me and my sister in law in the run-up to Christmas. I had to cancel those appointments FOUR days in advance as we both contracted Covid. I was NOT told, whilst cancelling those appointments, that they would be keeping my 50% deposit. I was also not told that when I paid my deposit (despite being assured by the manager that that would have been the case - i.e. I'm lying). I also have an email with an entirely different "strict cancellation policy" (see image) saying if I had cancelled 48 hours in advance I would have had a full refund. I am a big supporter of small businesses, but as there are many other nail salons in Warwick that do a good job, I will not be recommending this place to anyone, as what they did is quite unlawful and doesn't make me feel good about the way they conduct their business.
