I have been going to Amanda for nearly a year now for my eye brows we spoke about having the powder brows as she always does an incredible job on my eye brows. I finally plucked up the courage to have them done and she did the most incredible job on my brows, I absolutely love them. Overrated and disappointed to be honest. The lashes I got werent what I asked for and I sent a really nice email to explain this to them, but got ignored. I mentioned in the email that I didnt want the girl to get in trouble as she clearly misunderstood me (I did show photos though). I didnt want to leave a public review which is why I sent an email in the first place but seeing as I cant get a reply I have no other choice sadly! Ive been getting my nails done at Polished since March 2021. Pav and Charlotte are my go-to girls. Every single time I get a fresh set of nails everyone always compliments me. I used to get sculted acrylics and now moved onto BIAB after a little push from Pav to try them, and Im so glad I did! I feel so empowered whenever I say these are my real nails the attention to detail and overall service I receive at Polished is what brings me back every month! Every so often I treat myself to a pedicure and eyebrow thread/wax and it just makes me feel like a human again! Alex started doing my full leg wax and she is amazing and very knowledgeable.
