Totally RAD Music Tuition

TOTAL RIP-OFF! STAY AWAY! Totally RAD debits your bank account for several blocks of lessons 3 months in advance and FAILS TO DELIVER A SINGLE LESSON! NO WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! We booked music lessons for our son with Totally RAD, these should have taken place at our sons primary school during lunch brakes. PAYMENTS Totally RAD only allows direct debit payments, hence in February they charged our bank account for two invoices one covering an initial block of lessons (February-March-April), a few days later charged us again for a second block of lessons (April-May) that we didnt request. On top of that they double charged us for one lesson in April on both the first and the second invoice. [LACK OF] LESSONS DELIVERY The first music lesson, that was supposed to take place in February, was cancelled they claim the teacher had problems with his car. The second lesson that was supposed to take place this week (1ts of March) was also cancelled they claim the teacher was ill. I wonder what would be the next excuse?! Totally RAD failed to deliver a single lesson so far, however they debited our bank account in advance for the next 3 months! [NO WAY OF] GETTING IN TOUCH The telephone number displayed on their website is not in service. They do not respond to emails. [NO WAY OF] GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK Nobody to speak to, your account is being debited directly by Totally RAD, no way to get your money back! UPDATE 10/03/2023 After posting the above negative review on Google and also getting our son's primary school involved to chase Totally RAD, their sales team responded to our email and refunded the second invoice charged incorrectly. Hence why we now added one more star to the initial rating; unfortunately can't add more stars for now as we do not consider acceptable for a customer to have to post a negative review for Totally RAD to actually start answering customer emails. But of course we will monitor our son's achievements & enjoyment of the upcoming music lessons and update this review further should Totally RAD deliver the award-winning standard stated on their website.

My son has been having singing lessons with Chiara at RAD for nearly 3 months , in that time the improvement with his confidence along with his singing ability has grown hugely. He has made such progress in a very short time, hes a guitarist, now he sings and makes hes own songs. The whole team especially Andy are brilliant and get back to you straight away. I would highly recommend RAD music.

Very poor experience so far. They don't have a phone number, working email address, their web contact form goes no where so no way to contact them. I've had money taken for a block of lessons. First lesson hasn't happened and no communication as to why. Very unhappy. Edit - I've since had another lot of money taken from my account without a single lesson taking place. They insist on storing a debit card for payment which means they can charge as and when they want.
