        Very bad customer service today, I was told Western Union is not a priority like other customers. The man wearing NFL jumper with glasses was very rude. Waited for almost 45 minutes to be helped. Western union should know about this kind of service. I wont be using Western union at all. As I have had bad experience with their agencies They made me feel like a second class citizen and not valuable. Sad though

        this place is a scam, I came there with the hope that I would change euros into pounds, I came from another city and spent time, fuel and nerves on this. I came there and I say I need to change money, but they tell me that we do not change money, but only send it. Although in their services it is written that they change money. People be careful.
