I asked if l could only have minimal carer come to my home due to the Pandemic, in the first week they had sent me 11 different carers, not good when you're at high risk. The carer managed to flood my kitchen, they would come at all different times and when l asked for a ham, lettuce and tomato sandwich, l received a ham and tomato ketchup sandwich! In two weeks they gave me two showers as they kept running out of time in the morning. They only had two plates, two mugs to wash up and a slice of toast to make. Not good so sacked them.

I would like to leave an honest and true review. PRESCIOUS SUPPORT CARE, has done wonders for my partner, who suffers from many illnesses and is classed as still young. I have high expectations as I used to work in care too before my partner became unwell. I have to say Suki the manager is brilliant, if something needs sorting she will sort it, she actually cares, and expects her carers to work at the same standards. Suki takes her job very seriously. If your not happy with anything she will do her upmost to make sure her clients are happy. Trust me when I say Suki has protected my partner from stress. Suki is thorough, she checks medications are correct and so do her staff. The carers are excellent, they make my partner feel safe, and they are chatty, enembling my partner to feel comfortable around them. Routine is important to my partner, they have all gone above and beyond to keep to the schedule and if any changes happen to contact us and let us know, in turn giving my partner the choice as to what she wants to do if she is not happy. Thank you to all of you, working hard in and out of the office. Thank you for listening. Thank you for making my partner smile and be happy, thank you for promoting her independence, being conciderate, respecting her privacy, making her feel comfortable. Thank you for listening to me moan and making me feel comfortable and able to get out and do the things I need to knowing someone will see to my partner. thank you for giving her a reason to keep going. Most of all, thank you for showing us that there are people who genuanly care about others. Xxx

I would recommend this company to anyone. I suffer severe anxiety and suki the manager is so helpful around who she sends to me. Pss carers are polite. Respectful and are so helpful even helping with other tasks and do not rush you. They take the time with me I could not have wished for a better company. Well done suki you have a team of wonderful carers and a wonderful company to be proud of.

This agency were engaged to care for my father who is extremely frail and prone to falls. Two of the carers fleeced him for all of his bank savings and others stole cash, wine, food and belongings. The agency has totally shunned responsibility and not apologised in spite of the stress the actions of the carers have brought on the family. Indeed they continued to engage the services of one of them after this came to light so she could have taken from others. They supplied people who did not care, several of them were lazy. They were paid a premium for "waking nights" but many of the carers just went to sleep - one of them to bed putting my fathers health at risk. He had an accident that night but the carer just slept through. The agency's reaction when I complained was just "I'll remind them they need to stay awake". No apologies or remorse whatsoever, Another carer wore earphones so she couldn't hear my father calling, another drank wine on duty (my father's) without his permission, cleared his wine rack out and hid the bottles in the garden refuse. Medication records were not kept properly. One carer was assigned without any training whatsoever and it is evident that these carers were not adequately selected, trained or supervised. The Parliamentary Ombudsman has upheld our complaint. if you or your loved ones have used this agency, I would respectfully suggest you check your/their bank accounts
