Went to donate some old kids furniture and toys and was approached by a very rude woman who was sat outside who just walked over and said "we don't want toys not taking them" so then I said about the furniture I had and as she started to walk away said "no we don't want any of that either no" so rude and ungrateful. So went into the shop and asked the lady at the tills who told me unfortunately we can not take anything as we are at full capacity and that but thank you so much for trying. Now I'm sorry but that is what the other woman should say as due to her attitude I won't be going back here and I can imagine many others would think the same.

You can find treasures in the shop, but need to properly search for them. I am a big fan of reusing items to reduce waste, so I stop by occasionally and seem to find small things such as house plants pots, elements of decor, sometimes nice wall art. However, dig deep through lots of junk and make sure you come back to check again! They have what others bring, so dont expect to find everything, but still there is a good choice of stuff for kitchen, some furniture and other bits and pieces.

There is so much stuff there, furniture, bikes, golf clubs, books, DVDs, games and the odd tools and general bits and bobs, it's always worth having a potter around. I've found the staff to always be helpful and nice. Always seem happy to have a friendly chit chat when it's quite in there. It's set out well and has nice displays for different seasons. The prices are very fair, they are a charity and aware that some people want to get things cheap and sell for a profit, they want as much as they can for the charity they care about and are volunteering their time for. I can only admire them for that and pay the fair price.

Overpriced ridiculous 120 pounds for a mountain bike you were given for nothing. Just blatant robbing the public should be ashamed age uk prince's drive. Staff very unhelpful could not be bothered told that is the price take it or leave it and walked off.
