Pro-scape Landscaping

Initially so impressed with this company as they gave us a good price and could complete the work in a shorter timescale than other companies. Unfortunately as time went on it was clear why they were so available and the price was less than others. We had the following issues: - Turned up sporadically to complete the work. Some days not at all, others just for an hour in the afternoon. It was as though our job was on the side and not a priority. - Once the job was nearly finished, except for some missing stones, we had to keep asking for them to bring the stones and return our key on multiple occasions before they did. - Within a couple of months the patio started wobbling. Took ages for them to come back and repair it and when they did, they didnt speak to us and left the garden in an absolute state. - A year since the work, it is wobbly again and some of the slabs actually lift right off. We asked for them to either repair it again or give us the money to get someone else to do it. They said they will come back but havent. I really didnt want to have to write a negative review and hoped they would put things right, but Im fed up of waiting. I have a young daughter who will be wanting to use the garden in the summer and its just not safe for her. Really disappointed to have parted with thousands of pounds only to be left with a garden that needs to be done again. Would not recommend this company at all. Russell and his team at Pro-scape Landscaping have been great at renovating my garden which now looks amazing. From the very start during the quotation phase, to right to the end, Russell was very enthusiastic and kept me updated on the work done. Any changes/questions I had during the time, he was happy to discuss them at any time. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Russell and his team anytime.

Five other companies came to look at my garden before Pro-Scape came along. All the others told me what I needed to do rather than listen to what I actually wanted. Russell was enthusiastic to take on what can only be described as a disaster garden and turn it into something lovely. He was conscious of waste and re-using materials where possible which was great. For anything new he gave a range of product alternatives at different prices etc until we settled on the one that suited best. I now most definitely have a wow factor garden that is a delight to be in! I'd absolutely recommend Russel and his guys. Money well spent!
