But should you park for only 17 minutes then leave only to realise youve forgotten to buy something and return 17 minutes later and only stay for 16 minutes. You get a fine of 85 from parkingeyefor returning within an hour

Obviously I will not be paying it, as the Parkingeye website does not mention this at all.
I makes one wonder if this shopping centre wants business or not when they try an catch people out with these sneaky parking fines.
