We got a quote for a wooden floor from Polished Floor, the quote was provided very quickly and they also followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to see if we were still interested, which was appreciated. We didn't end up getting our floor fitted by them because a family member offered to fit it for free but we did get the floor itself from them. The staff were friendly, patient and helpful at every step.

From start to finish 100% perfection, from speaking with Mark in the shop to Steve the fitter, service was incredible. Steve took so much pride in his workmanship from fitting to tidying up. Would definitely recommend their services without hesitation. It was an absolute pleasure

Very professional and friendly. Provided excellent service and advice. I recently bought a new build house and was looking for someone local to fit flooring throughout the whole house before I moved in. The shop staff at The Polished Floor were very helpful. They fitted Amtico downstairs and in the bathrooms, carpet in the bedrooms, landing, and stairs, and also trimmed the doors. The fitters did excellent job - very pleased with their work and the service as a whole.

Whilst the products from this shop are fine they are severely let down by their customer service. Very nice when taking your money but after sales care is non existent, seemingly not bothered with having unhappy customers and not prepared to deal with issues caused by lack of due diligence on their part. Really disappointed and sadly would definitely not recommend this company.

I picked Polished Floors from Amtico's website, wanting to use one of their recommended suppliers, from meeting Mark in the shop to the finished floor, every question was answered and I felt confident they knew what was needed. I can't praise Steve who fitted the floors (most of downstairs floors and landing) enough. It wasn't an easy job, most floor was very uneven and took some levelling up. Mark's estimate of the time was spot on and it was a a pleasure to have Steve in my house. I felt very comfortable leaving him in the house when I needed to walk the dog (and he fussed him). I would recommended Polished floors to anyone and especially Steve's craftsmanship. Thank you
