I cannot speak highly enough of Owens. For my parents, because of health conditions, a broken integrated fridge was very stressful. Owens understanding of their situation, product knowledge, amazing customer service and kindness took away the worry and meant that a solution was found and a replacement fridge is now in place with absolutely no fuss. Without them it would have been very difficult (and probably impossible) for us to solve the problem of sourcing, and installing, a new fridge and, in our experience, it is rare to find a business that appreciates what older, and disabled, customers need and has such a commitment to providing it.
