The Greatest Scapes

I cant speak highly enough of the team at The Greatest Scapes. They werent the cheapest quote I had, but were the only ones who gave me a fully itemised quote from the outset, including highlighting potential additional costs depending on condition of fencing etc. That, combined with Andys friendly MF professional approach is what sold me on them. Andy talked me through it in great detail, pointing out areas of improvement to my original thoughts. The team themselves were excellent, particularly Steve, who it appears has a bit of a magic touch when it comes to stripping back severely overgrown borders and making them look like new. One thing I really liked was how they cleared up and tidied up everything, every evening, across the 2 weeks they were with me, it showed real pride and care in their work in my opinion. When I had to go away for a couple of days they kept me updated with photos via WhatsApp to show what they had done, and every day checked to make sure I was happy with the progress being made. Im delighted with the end result, its made a huge difference to my garden. As I said at the start, they werent the cheapest quote I had, but they are categoric proof that you get what you pay for. The team have recently completed a garden transformation for us at our Victorian home. From quoting on the original design through to the final granite paver being laid the end result has surpassed expectation. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and when we were going through the plans suggested pros and cons for certain materials, as well as other design ideas and actually saved us money in the long run! It involved a comprehensive re-design and due to the nature of the property access to machinery was limited and required significant manual labour. This wasnt an issue for the team and they were extremely considerate to the neighbouring properties. Disruption was minimal. We were kept informed every step of the way and if there were any unforeseen changes needed they were always able to find a solution. Despite the project taking place in December the weather didnt stop play and they carried on regardless to meet the delivery date. I can only highly recommend The Greatest Scapes true professionals.
