        Lydia was great throughout, everything went as smoothly as possible from our first viewing to getting the keys 100% would recommend.

        The initial viewings were fine, however as soon as we moved in we faced many issues. It was meant to be unfurnished but we arrive to furniture, it hadnt been cleaned and the grey walls were painted over so patchy with white. There was mould in the bathroom, and 3 cans of poisonous spider spray in the drawers.. great first impression! Its now been a month of me chasing them, to little responses and whenever I have heard back, they are dismissive and unprofessional. I hope that we dont face more issues with them going forward.

        My experience this far has been great from initial contact, to viewing to signing the tenancy agreement. Lydia was very responsive, fast and efficient. She also addressed all my concerns with the property. I am still having some maintenance issues but from my experience so far I am confident they will be resolved properly.
