        We finally managed to complete a sale of the house, following a protracted and stressful process. The professionalism, the dedication and communication was exemplary throughout and cannot be faulted. This was totally down to Lisa. Reeds Rains should be very proud of having such a person on their staff. Lisa did all the basics extremely well - from arranging viewings, being a conduit with the buyer, dealing with queries/issues in a calm manner and provided guidance when it looked as if the sale would fall through. I cannot thank Lisa enough and because of her, I would no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains.
