The process was long and complicated, and at times we didnt think it would happen, but David was always informative, honest and pragmatic about the options we had, and found the best solutions to ensure our sale and purchase completed. David and Amelia were absolutely amazing in supporting us through our complicated house sale. They are so personable, making you feel important and not just another client. David is reassuring and positive, putting us at ease the entire time, nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make our sale happen - so grateful for his advice and honesty. Amelia ensured the process from sale agreed to completion as smooth as possible. Always kept us updated and was hugely proactive dealing with the chain/solicitors. Not an easy job by any stretch. We couldn't be happier with the service received from Kingsman Estate Agents. David and his team run a highly professional service, but with the personal touch you don't often get with other estate agents. We loved the photos and high quality video produced of our property by David which no doubt helped secure viewings within hours of the property going to market. From the initial engagement with David through to working with Amelia to progress the sale with the various solicitors, we were hugely impressed with the way things were handled and the regular updates so we always knew where things were in the process. We'd highly recommend the team at Kingsman to anyone in the Warwickshire and surrounding areas wanting to sell their home!
