Ensure Care Ltd

Ensure were contacted as an emergency for my dad who needed care. Inderjit the carer has been brilliant, my dad has stated he is calm and never felt rushed. Generally the carers are very good, kind and caring. There have been a few carers, but generally, they are the same ones, Gaurav and Jathin, so you can build a rapport with them. Its nice to know who is coming into the house. A great team of carers.

Very happy with Ensure Care, always punctual and very caring. My Dads physiotherapist remarked on how good the carers were the when they were here & wanted to know which company they were from so they could recommend to their clients, the carers on that day were Guru & Aman.

I just wanted to put in writing my appreciation of the care that your carers are providing for me. The thing that I cannot express enough is that Ive never felt anything other than completely valued by each and every carer who has supported me through ensure care. I was very happy with the care I received from Ensure.From the very first,their carers were kind,considerate,polite and empathetic.They were always punctual and if I requested a certain chore,they would do it with a smile.I would hear the carers before I saw them and whomever it was,I was happy.The whole company is run very professionally and ,once again,I would like to thank them all.
