We recently bought a property in Leamington Spa which had been on the market with Peter Clarke in the town. Matthew and the whole team at Peter Clarke were by far the most efficient, professional, supportive and friendly estate agents that weve ever been involved with. Our purchase proved to have more problems associated with it than we had expected but Matthew worked with us and our solicitor to expedite our purchase which was ultimately successful. We cant rate Matthew and the Leamington Peter Clarke team highly enough. From the first viewing to moving in, the team at Peter Clarke was fantastic. The team at Peter Clarke were a constant source of professionalism throughout the recent sale of my Leamington apartment. Matthew marketed the property superbly and kept me in the loop at all times.
