        Home Instead Warwick is an amazing company to work for, I am supported through everything by the Managers. Great working environment. Always feel part of a great team and we have a wonderful team of carers!

        concerns/complaints..not always accepted well..office managers can be difficult to deal with to gain positive outcome...perhaps some customer service training would be useful... .one in particular was .belligerant.negative and unhelpful and told me I should look elsewhere if I was not happy ...! The majority of my carers were courteous and treated me with care and maintained my dignity during personal care.working from my agreed care plan....thanks to my carers you were appreciated .
