Paul went above and beyond coming to my home to inspect my car after I had become a victim of a car buying scam he identified what had been disconnected to enable the car to be driven to the workshop for a coolant flush and engine clean would highly recommend this garage for the work carried out and the empathy shown to myself

Took my Audi Q3 for Sat Nav issues which needed an upgrade card which they said they could help me out with. Card was ordered from Audi parts supplier, it was fitted to the head unit which it then corrupted and was unable to match the card to the car at a cost of 140.00 at a specialist unit. I then refitted the original Sat Nav card and after a while the head unit returned to operation, I then tried to match the card to the car once again only to be informed it was an incorrect card having paid an additional 70:00. Garage didnt want to know about the additional cost for the incorrect card - insisted wasnt their fault. They refunded the cost of the card but I was out of pocket for the cost of trying to match the card to the car and finally confirming it was the incorrect card (confirmed by part number). Really poor customer service.

In November 2022 there was leaking within my Audi Q7. Was promised a diagnosis date and T & H motors always delayed the diagnosis date. I did not go anywhere else as I was promised a date. My battery needed changing and I wanted to go to Halfords as the battery was 199.00 including fitting and 5 years warranty. T&H Motors advised me to change my battery with them due to them being specialists in Audi. I finally got a space for my battery to be fitted in January 2023 costing me 339.42. I was then promised a date for my leak to be diagnosed on 8th February 2023. I did not mind paying the extra amount as they are specialist in Audi. 6th February 2023 I got a call from T&H Motors informing me that they are unable to diagnose my leak as the Audi Q7 cant fit on the ramp. And that I will need to pay 1500.00 for the steering rack. This is deeply unsatisfactory service and highly unacceptable attitude. This type of service displays extreme lack of knowledge and common sense. If you know that a vehicle can't fit on the ramp for service after 3 months. This just shows that customer expectation can't be met.
