The staff aren't very helpful especially when trying to book an appointment Once I got an appointment after telling them I have move they said that everything would be fine for the next couple of weeks then 2 days after my appointment told me the thaty couldn't to a referral because I had moved out of there druastion iv only moved to Kineton so not far so they waste my time and the doctors time

Our daughter aged 3 had an ear infection and one of the doctors prescribed her some amoxicillin and it didn't made her any better in fact she developed an infection in her other ear aswell and we came back and had an appointment with doctor Ali and he prescribed a spray antibiotic and with this our little one got well pretty fast. I'm not saying anything about the other doctors because they are all great but doctor Ali was outstanding. He had the patience to explain us how the ear works and the fact that the blood stream is not too good inside the ear to bring the antibiotic that you ingest and therefore a spray would do better. Young doctor with a bright future. Best wishes!

1st class service for my 17 year old son. Called and got an appointment stright away after the Christmas break. Stacey answered the call and was very helpful

Receptionists really good, friendly & help where possible which makes a difference as they are first contact. All the nurses & Drs we have been seen by have been very good at job, have good friendly manner.

The staff on the counter are incredibly rude and not helpful at all they seem to think theyre are above everyone else and never want to actually help you or seem to want to do there job. its near enough impossible to get an appointment I generally dont understand there system its an absolute joke. Really need to sort themselves out I am so tired of having to deal with them. Samantha who works as a secretary is possibly the rudest person I could have come across. I wouldnt even give them a 1 star review but I have to so it would allow me to post.
