        Excellent customer service from all the staff and especially from Meg. We ended up buying most of our maternity wear in one visit! Would recommend to anyone pregnant or with a new baby

        Really disappointed, went here to exchange a top for my baby son which was given as a gift. I spoke to the woman at the entrance who just fobbed me off, firstly told me the top is an old line stock so no longer available so cannot exchange and also as its a gift it has limited time for exchange which isnt mentioned on there t&cs. Checked on their website and the top was actually still available so I just went to another store who did the exchange without any issue. The website doesnt mention anything about old stock not being able to be exchanged. Not sure if I was targeted or the woman has no knowledge of their own clothing range and terms and conditions, overall it was a poor experience and I felt fobbed off as I wasnt welcome.

        A lovely little shop filled with beautiful things for children, the clothes are adorable. The staff in this shop are particularly helpful and very friendly, I always enjoy to come here... My bank not so much
