Card Factory is no doubt probably the best card shop in the UK, a very clever and great store for special occasion cards and gifts etc, The staff are all very helpful and yet professional too! The only frustrating experience I have from my purchases is trying to peel off large stickers with information about the card on the larger more expensive box cards that ruin the presentation box when trying to remove them, sadly twice, I had no choice but to throw away the presentation box... otherwise a 5 star rating would have been given. Card Factory please look into this card presentation issue...

** edited due to typo A gentleman called Pete works here, I honestly can say Ive never ever met someone with such amazing customer service. Everytime I come in here or when he worked at Leamington hes just beaming, being served by someone friendly, helpful and so happy and positive really brightens your day. Honestly the nicest person Ive ever ever been served by. A credit to the company.

Very friendly manager, suggested doing any other shopping whilst my balloons were filled. Excellent opening times, until 8pm, so much easier to visit after work. I have moved the Pin on here, so hopefully will be more accurate for other customers.
