I booked my car in for an MOT online and I managed to get an appointment the following day. Initially my car failed and required a part to be ordered, which was arranged by Nigel on the front desk. He managed to source a part and have it delivered while I waited. I was advised that after the part was fitted there would have to be a retest, which thankfully could also be sorted in the same afternoon to save on a second visit. Nigel then confirmed my car had passed its MOT and that while there were a few advisories, no further work needed to be done for the time being. Ill be the first to admit that anything to do with cars is not really my forte, so I appreciated Nigels guidance on what did/didnt need doing to save on unnecessary costs. I rarely leave reviews, but today I received great service and I would not hesitate to recommend the team here. Thanks again

Car was in for MOT and service. Booked a 15 minute morning slot online, got there and was told at least 2 hour wait as the online calendar 'wasn't linked to their system' and it was just as and when they got to it, then shortly after was told it would be at least 4 hours. Failed MOT and needed 1 hour of labour and would be 'done when an engineer gets to it', then we were told 5pm, then told at 5pm that they didn't get to it so it would be the next morning. Then morning came and no call so we pestered again. Finally done after 12pm, over 26 hours since we dropped it off. No care at all from the receptionist that we had kids to pick up from schools despite our pleas and zero commitment to any time frames so we were just left hanging. Won't be going again.

Ordered tyres,paid and booked via Asda tyres.went at scheduled time to get fitted, but they couldn't find order,booking or tyres. When mentioned Asda,they then said they found tyres and would fit. Upon return they said they hadn't got tyres! So waste of time. Complained to Asda,who were very good and rebooked elsewhere. Won't be using again!

I had my car booked into Protyre Warwick today for two new tyres and tracking. Tyres fine, good price. Tracking, clearly the technician was struggling and the, very personable, guy on the desk only charged me for the front tracking, saying that there was no printout available as the machine wasn't working properly and there must be a "wear" problem with the rear setting on my (29000 mile) car preventing it being set up properly. As soon as I drove the car, I could tell something was wrong. The car was pulling strongly to the left. I was fighting the steering wheel to stay in the road. After a few miles I took the car back. The guy had another look and test drove the car. He gave me the keys and told me "after I've tracked other cars a few people have said their car was a bit wibbly wobbly". I had another go and it seemed better. However, I drove to another garage and had the car tracked again. Every wheel was incorrectly set up. This was all rectified. I then went back to Protyre for a refund which was given. I was happy with the price of the tyres and I'm not out of pocket. The problem though is that I know they are sending customers out in their cars after rendering them into death traps. How many customers have been affected? Who knows? Customer relations have been emailed - so spare me the auto response
