Kingsford Letting

I previously let my house with a much larger Agent, but since I have been with Kingsford Letting there have been many advantages. I now receive a much more helpful and personal service and the fees that I pay are much less than I was previously paying. Im a first time landlord who purchased a property in Leamington Spa in 2012. After contacting several local letting agents, I selected Kingsford Letting because their rates were competitive and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly found three professional co-sharers and agreed a good rent. They turned out to be great tenants, paying the rent on time and looking after the property. Recently Kingsford handled the changeover to three new tenants which has gone smoothly with only 2 weeks void time. I have found Kingsford always easy to deal with, good communications and responsive. I would recommend them as a letting agent to any landlord.

Fantastic agency this really is. Nothing is ever to much for Kingsford Lettings and they always go that extra mile for any landlord and customer. Would never recommend anyone else other than Kingsford Letting. Keep up the good work Alex and team.
