Vue Cinema Leamington Spa

Screen very small, cheap and small seats and 1 regular popcorn and a drink is 13 . First and last time for me.

Yesterday I have tried to book a ticket in Leamington spa in online.. Payment has been debited but I didn't get ticket confirmation.. Customer service is also not provided on that time 8pm Today I just reached the customer service Rabia.. He told that we can't refund your amount and can't help in this. I told that yesterday customer service is still at 7pm and I have faced the issue at 8pm.. So I tried to reach you today.. But he is behaving rude and said we can't do anything in this.. Money wasted and time wasted not good service

Seats a bit cramped with little leg room. Need more de luxe seating

Screen was small (6) Tango ice blast machine was out of order. Staff were friendly and attentive

My other half booked us to see John Wick 4, fantastic film, we had Nando's prior to the movie so didn't buy any drinks or popcorn this time but we have had it before and its been good. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cinema itself was clean. One thing I will say is that the more expensive seats are definitely better than the regular seats so you should pay the extra, but even they still give you a numb bum if its a long movie.
