NOT HAPPY AM ALL! I go to see my mum and find Natalie Bailey one of the carers smoking cannabis around the corner from my mums house she look stoned out of her face then proceeded to come and care for my mum I will be making a full complaint as I'm not having people care for my mum under the influence of drugs.

Very poor service offered, consistently late, have left my mother in tears more than once as they do not arrive at correct times (which they promise to). The issue is not with the carers (who genuinely seem to want to do a good job) Lotus management do not return phone calls, do not support their staff (high staff turnover) & seem incapable of managing a structured & consistent level of service to their clients... very frustrated & contemplating a change to a different provider.
