        Very good company. Very kind and professional office staff and the owner is a very good person and leadership. She get involved in the problems of her carers and trying to make them happy. I was very happy to work for this company more then 2 years. Keep going. You are the best!!!

        I have worked at Rainbow care solutions I can confirm its a company you can work for and improve your skills .Full training is provided ,induction and shadowing before you are left on your own to work. Spot checks and supervisions are carried out monthly. You are guaranteed good wages ,paid on time and paid mileage every week . All clients receive personalised care and we have a good rating from CQC inspection.

        The care company management don't pay carers enough money so they loose the quality carers. They send people who don't speak enough English to fully understand the needs of vulnerable people and forget/ don't know to read care agreements and follow medicinal/care practices. The company only carries out reviews to tick boxes of the QCC and never follow through on promises made. The management will never call you back when there's an issue as they hide while making money from vulnerable people. To be honest I doubt they are even DBS checked! If you have a choice remember Rainbow Care Solutions isn't a pot of gold but a crock of s***.
